By accessing and using TalkLink ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

TalkLink is a browser-based, high-fidelity online meeting suite providing real-time audio and video connectivity, and local recording up to 4K capabilities. We offer a mix of free and premium tiers.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all audio, video, messages, and other materials ("Content") that you transmit or record using TalkLink. You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Record or transmit Content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on any intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or networks.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of TalkLink and its licensors. The branding, logos, design ("talklink.live" aesthetic) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TalkLink be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of recorded media, or meeting disruptions, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
