Welcome to the TalkLink Community
TalkLink is designed to be a professional, secure, and respectful environment for creators, businesses, and friends to connect. To maintain a high-quality experience for everyone, we require all users and hosts to abide by these Community Guidelines.
1. Respectful Communication
We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, or hate speech. You may not use TalkLink to promote violence or incite hatred against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
2. Prohibition of Illegal Acts
You must abide by all local and international laws while using our service. You may not use TalkLink to record or orchestrate any criminal behavior, including but not limited to violence, abuse, trafficking, or illegal substance distribution.
3. Privacy and Consent
Hosts must inform participants if a session is being recorded. By continuing in a room marked as "REC", participants give their implicit consent. However, do not share private information or dox others without explicit permission.
4. Spam and Deception
Creating misleading rooms, spreading malware links in chat, or continuously spamming invites is strictly prohibited. Your account may be terminated for fraudulent activities or attempting to circumvent the platform's security.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to immediately terminate the account or block the IP address of any user found violating these guidelines at any time, without warning or refund.
