General Return Policy

At TalkLink, we offer digital services and SaaS subscriptions. Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to premium server resources (such as 4K recording capabilities and uninterrupted connectivity lanes), we maintain a strict but fair refund policy.

Subscription Refunds

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For new subscribers to our Pro and Ultimate plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

After 14 days, all subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Exceptions for Service Outages

If TalkLink experiences a catastrophic service outage that prevents you from completing a scheduled broadcast, and you hold an active paid subscription, you may be eligible for a prorated credit to your account. This is determined on a case-by-case basis by our engineering and support teams.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 14-day window, please contact us at support@talklink.live with your account email and receipt details. We aim to process all approved refunds within 5-7 business days.
