Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

TalkLink ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the TalkLink service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

If You Are a Copyright Owner

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the TalkLink platform by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Please note that TalkLink is primarily a private communications tool. We do not host or store recorded user content permanently on our servers. We can only restrict access to meetings actively occurring on our platform or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Required Information for DMCA Notice

• Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and that access to which is to be disabled. Provide specific room URLs or host identifiers.
• Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
